Our ideal situation for taking deposits is for the buyer to come to our home and pick out their puppy. If the puppy you choose is not ready to leave we will accept a deposit in the form of check, cashiers check, money order or cash.
ANY FORM OF DEPOSIT MUST BE PROVEN VALID BEFORE A PUPPY LEAVES!
A CASH deposit may be placed on a puppy that is ready to leave provided the puppy is picked up within 2 days. I will only hold a puppy that is ready to leave longer if it is paid for in FULL and buyer has my prior approval.
In some situations the buyer may choose to place a deposit on a puppy online or by mail. We offer several options listed below.
Pay Pal accepted with my approval, buyer pays transaction fee. Fees are 5% of deposit. Example a $200 deposit will have a fee of $10. (You MUST add the fee to payment, or it will be deducted from the total sent and added to your balance due upon pickup.) Payments can be made from their site at link below by credit card, direct pay from your checking account or Echeck. If you are planning on paying by Echeck you MUST inform me in advance, falure to do so will void any agreement.

You will be given a receipt with a control number. You will need to contact me with that number, your full name, city, state, zip and phone.
We will accept a check, cashiers check or money order by express mail only. Checks, cashiers checks and money orders taken ONLY for deposits and MUST clear the bank before a puppy leaves. If someone contacts me and says they are sending a deposit we will hold the puppy for 2 full days ONLY! If no deposit arrives on the third day the puppy becomes available. If your check bounces the puppy becomes available.
No puppy will leave my home before your form of payment is proven to be valid.
DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE ONLY DUE TO ILLNESS OR HEALTH PROBLEM OF A PUPPY!
Deposits are not refundable for any other reason, (changed mind, transportation problems, spouse got upset, etc). If for some reason we think a puppy should not be sold (health problem etc), we will give option of taking next available puppy or refund the deposit.
