Our puppies come w/ a 24 hr or One Working Day health warranty. This warranty excludes any injuries after leaving our home, such injuries are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Puppy MUST be taken to a licensed vet w/in the 24 hr warranty period to be guaranteed in ANY way, unless other arrangements are agreed upon! Buyer MUST contact me immediately upon finding out there is a problem w/ a puppy.
We do not guarantee against worms, coxidia, guradia, ear infections, ear mites, the common cold, hypoglycemia due to stress or any other simular conditions. We do not guarantee against Umbilical hernias, Cherry eye or Entropion (inward turned eyelashes). We do not guarantee non-descended testicles or breedability of any puppy. Our puppies are sold as pets for companion purposes only.
You will be supplied with a puppies vaccination and worming history, please take this to your vet. Please discuss this with your vet so you are not charged for something that a puppy is not due to recieve yet. You and your vet can discuss a schedual for your puppy or dogs remaining vaccinations, wormings etc. All dogs must recieve monthly and yearly care.
In the event that a puppy has a life threatening birth defect we will take the puppy back and replace it with the next AVAILABLE puppy of same sex, registration, etc. We do not guarantee a replacement within a certain time limit. We only breed a few litters a year and you may have to wait for the next available puppy of same sex, registration, etc. Written proof MUST be shown from a vet as to the reason for replacement and CONFIRMED by our vet. We MUST receive the first puppy back unless death occured. We're sorry but if you are unwilling to give up the puppy we can't replace it.
In the event of a puppies death buyer MUST provide proper vet paperwork and it must be CONFIRMED by our vet. The paperwork MUST state cause of death! We reserve the right to have an autopsy done by our vet to confirm cause of death.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS OR SHIPPING COSTS!
If you choose to pick up your puppy and live out of state, we advise you to have the puppy vet checked by our vet or another local vet before leaving the state.
